DECREE OFTHE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20�^ day of March, 2015, upon consideration of the Informal
Caveat fled by Lynnette Molko, as parent and natural guardian of Anthony W. Molko, a
minor son of the decedent, and the Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters, filed by
Ellen Molko and Dawn McGuire, for the estate of William P. Molko, Jr., IT IS HEREBY
DECREED that the Caveator shall post surety bond in the amount of $5,000.00 in
the name of the Commonwealth within 10 days of this date pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.
§906(a). The Caveator is directed to file a formal Caveat within 20 days of this
date. Petitioners shall have 20 days thereafter to file a response. After pleadings
are complete, either party may move to bring the matter before the Register for a
hearing.
Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 359, any corporation acting as
surety shall have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual
statement to the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
