We represent Grantham K4cmohu| Park Association, acemetery company which is required to
file periodic accounts of its management of its perpetual care fund, in unonndanoe with the"Cemetery
Company Law"at 9 Pe. C.S.A. 8 300. Such accounts are to be filed in the Court ofCommon Pleas and
the State Real Estate Commission.
OnJanuary 20, 20!5, wcfiled the required account with the Register nfVui||u/Clrckuf(]rohunx`
Court,and mailed :duplicate ofthe account tnthe State Real Estate Commission by certified mail with
return receipt requested on the same date. Enclosed inaphotocopy ofthe Certified Mail Receipt as issued
by the Post Office in Mechanicsburg.
Unfortunately, the Rc1unm Receipt Card was never delivered to uyoaexpected. We waited until
February 27, 2U|5toreceive the return receipt card,which did not arrive. /\tthat time,l filed uPraecipe
with the Clerk to defer presentation for confirmation on March 3,2015,copy enclosed. You issued un
Order deferring confirmation until April 2Q, 2O|5, copy enclosed.
This iotuadvise that on Murch |3,2O\5, l contacted the State Rcu| Estate Commission and was
informed(\) that the subject accounting had been received oil Junuar-

does not issue receipts(although } requested one)and (]) no explanation exists for the non-use of the
return receipt card.
