I,CHERYL ANN MELNICHAI{,named alternate Executor in the I.ast Will and Testament
of Ruth M.Strausbaugh,verify that the check I wrote payable to the Register af Wilis of Cumberland
County on February l 6,2015 for the probate fee v+�as issued from a joint account. This joint account
at Citizens Bank, Accaunt No. �:XXX624-9, was a joint account owned by the late Ruth M.
Strausbaugh and myself, CHERYL ANN MELNTCHAK. As sach, I was authorized to issue a
check from this accaunt after Ruth M. Strausbaugh's death. Even though only one name appears
on the check, it is a joint account from which I have been paying the decedent's bills.
