AFFIDAVIT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,CHERYL ANN MELNIC�IAK,being
duly sworn according to law,do depase and state that Ruth M. Strausbaugh died on December 14,
2014,a resident of Cumberland County. I further state tha#I have filed a Petition to Crrant Letters
Testamentary as the alternate Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of Ruth M.
Strausbaugh,dated September 24,2002. Harry D.McCauley a/kia Harry D.McCauley,Jr.,the first-
named Executor in the Last Will and Testarnent of his sister,Ruth M.Strausbaugh,predeceased her,
having died on December 28,20Qb in L,awer P�ton Tawnship,as stated in the obituary published
in the Patriot News and attached hereto as Exhibit"A". In said obituary Ruth M. Strausbaugh was
menti�ned as surviving Iiarry D.McCauley.
FURTHERMORE,it is recited in several deeds recorded in the Recorder of Deed Off'ice of
Dauphin Counry,including the deed attached hereto as Exhibit"B",that Harry McCauley,Jr. died
on December 28,2006.
FURTHERMORE,I ha�-e personat knowledge because af the family relationship that Harry
D. McCauley is deceased.
