AND NOW, this llth day of March,2015, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letrers filed by Cheryl L. Goss, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for proba[e as
the Last Will and Testament, which is dated February 26, 2003, and containing certain
modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given considera[ion thereto, has made an
official determination regarding those modifcations and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted co probate as The Last Will and
Testament of Donnell R. Sanford, Sc The handwritten additions appearing on the bottom of page
3, will not 6e admitted to probate as said change appears after the restator's signa[ure. IT IS
FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued m Cheryl L Goss She shall have all
the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the
adminlstration of this estate according to law.
