The Petition of Betty L. Ritter, an adult individual—, a
respectfully represents and states as follows : o U,
1 . The Decedent herein is Clarence Richard Ritter, also
known as Clarence R. Ritter, Sr. , a resident of the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2 . The Decedent died on December 11, 2014, at the age of
84 years .
3 . Decedent' s Last Will and Testament, dated July 27,
2006, was probated in your office on March 18, 2015, and
Letters Testamentary were duly issued to the said Betty L.
Ritter, the Executrix named in Item LASTLY of said Will .
4 . The Petitioner herein is the sole beneficiary under
Decedent' s Last Will and Testament pursuant to Item SECOND
thereof and is therefore the only person interested in this
estate .
5 . Decedent' s estate consists of a 1999 Chevrolet

MARLIN R. MCCALEB truck and a hunting cabin in Leidy Township, Clinton County,
Pennsylvania.
6 . Subsequent to the Probate of the Will, Petitioner
discovered that the aforesaid truck is titled in the name of
Clarence R. Ritter and that the aforesaid hunting cabin is
titled in the name of C. R. Ritter.
7 . In order to avoid problems in the conveyance of either
of the decedent' s assets, the Petitioner respectfully requests
that the record be amended to show that the Decedent herein was
Clarence Richard Ritter, also known as Clarence R. Ritter, Sr. ,
also known as Clarence R. Ritter, also known as C. R. Ritter.

Richard Ritter, also known as Clarence R. Ritter, Sr. and the
Petitioner herein, verifies that the statements made in this
Petition are true and correct to the best of her knowledge,
information and belief. I understand that false statements
herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. ,
Section 4904, relating to unsworn falsification
to authorities .
