PETITION OF COUNSEL FOR
ROBERT M. MUMMA. II TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
Jon A. Baughman, Esquire ("Petitioner"), by the
undersigned, asks the Court to make its rule absolute and grant
him leave to withdraw as counsel for Robert M. Mumma, II, in this
matter, on the following grounds:
1. On April 21, 1993, upon consideration of the
Petitioner's request for leave to withdraw as counsel for Robert
M. Mumma, II, the Court entered a rule directing Mr. Mumma and
other interested parties to show cause why leave to withdraw
should not be permitted. The rule was made returnable fifteen
(15) days after service.
2. On April 22, 1993, true and correct copies of the
Court's rule were served by United States mail, first class
postage prepaid, on Mr. Mumma and all attorneys who have appeared
in this matter, as follows:

3. More than fifteen (15) days have lapsed since
service, even allowing for delivery by mail, and no person served

has filed any opposition to Mr. Baughman'S petition for leave to
withdraw as Mr. Mumma's counsel.
4. In the circumstances described in the petition,
and considering that neither Mr. Mumma nor any other interested
party opposes Mr. Baughman's withdrawal as Mr. Mumma's counsel,
Mr. Baughman's petition should be granted.
WHEREFORE, Jon A. Baughman, Esquire, asks that the rule
issued by this court on April 21, 1993, be made absolute and that
an order be entered granting him leave to withdraw as counsel for
Robert M. Mumma in this matter.
