MUMMA, II, BARBARA M. McCLURE and LINDA M. ROTH, Defendant. ORPHAN'S COURT DIVISION PETITION OF COUNSEL FOR ROBERT M. MUMMA. II TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE Jon A. Baughman, Esquire ("Petitioner"), by the undersigned, asks the Court to make its rule absolute and grant him leave to withdraw as counsel for Robert M. Mumma, II, in this matter, on the following grounds: 1. On April 21, 1993, upon consideration of the Petitioner's request for leave to withdraw as counsel for Robert M. Mumma, II, the Court entered a rule directing Mr. Mumma and other interested parties to show cause why leave to withdraw should not be permitted. The rule was made returnable fifteen (15) days after service. 2. On April 22, 1993, true and correct copies of the Court's rule were served by United States mail, first class postage prepaid, on Mr. Mumma and all attorneys who have appeared in this matter, as follows: 'C"K 1'1 '" 920 toJ\., ....-d.,~ v-c.c - ,. . .... .'... ,H 'L T 1902 Mr. Robert M.
