TO Admit Copy of Will for Probate, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the photocopy of the
document, dated July 1, 1994, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of
Thomas M. Harbert and that Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Cynthia C.
Harbert upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters.
Cynthia C. Harbert shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according
to law.
