Cabin Lease-State Forest Camp Lease No.1-C-252-Situated on leased Pennsylvania 99,990.00
Forest Land-Cumberland County Assessed Value(Building only). A copy of the lease
dated November 26,2006 is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The County
Assessed Value of the cabin is$99,990.00. It is respectfully suggested that the lease-
hold interest has no value. The value is based upon the County Assessed Value of the
building only.
Real Estate-All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected thereon a 87.500.00
dwelling house being known and numbered as 13 Thomas Drive,Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by John D.Weary by Deed dated February
27,1992 and recorded March 2, 1992 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office,a copy of said Deed being attached hereto and incorporated herein. The above-
described real estate was transferred to E. Pauline Weary,sole beneficiary. A copy of
said Deed of Conveyance is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The date of
death value is as listed in the attached appraisal.
Real Estate-All that certain piece or parcel of vacant land located on Centerville Road, 25,000.00
Newville, Pennsylvania, being parcel no.31130114066. The property was acquired by
John D.Weary by Deed dated February 27, 1992 and recorded March 2, 1992 in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds.Office,a copy of said Deed being attached
hereto and incorporated herein. The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to
an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated February 3,2015,a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on February 12,
2015. A copy of the deed conveying said real estate,along with a copy of the
Settlement Sheet are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the
real estate was$25,000.00.
