AGREED SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
Sherry L. Koppenhaver and Deron Koppenhaver, Stacie Snowden, and Lisa Barrick hereby
agree as follows regarding the settlement of the Estate of Fredrick J. Koppenhaver, Deceased:
1. Sherry L. Koppenhaver is the surviving spouse of Fredrick J. Koppenhaver, Deceased
(hereinafter "Decedent"), Administratrix of Decedent's Estate and intestate beneficiary of
Decedent's Estate.
2. Deron Koppenhaver, Stacie Snowden, and Lisa Barrick are the surviving children of
Decedent and intestate beneficiaries of Decedent's Estate.
3. The assets of Decedent's Estate consist of real estate know as 350 Middle Road,
Newville, Pennsylvania, with an appraised value of$345,000, and a 1997 Chevy pick-up
truck with a value of$2,300.
4. The beneficiaries of Decedent's Estate under the intestate laws of Pennsylvania are
Sherry L. Koppenhaver and his three children, Deron Koppenhaver, Stacie Snowden, and
Lisa Barrick. Deron Koppenhaver is Decedent's child not of his marriage to his
surviving wife, Sherry L. Koppenhaver. Pursuant to the Pennsylvania intestate law,
Sherry receives one-half of the proceeds of Decedent's Estate and the three children
receive the other one-half of the proceeds.
5. Sherry L. Koppenhaver resides in the 350 Middle Road, Newville property (hereinafter
"Property"). It is her desire to continue to reside in the Property and to solely own the
Property with a reverse mortgage. It is Deron Koppenhaver, Stacie Snowden, and Lisa
Barrick's desire for Sherry L. Koppenhaver to continue to reside in the Property and for
Sherry L. Koppenhaver to solely own the Property without paying any amount of the
Property's equity to Deron Koppenahver, Stacie Snowden, and Lisa Barrick.
6. There is currently a mortgage on the Property with a payoff amount as of May 31, 2013
of$195,456.41.
7. Sherry L. Koppenhaver shall receive the Property and 1997 Chevy pick-up truck from
Decedent's Estate.
8. Deron Koppenhaver, Stacie Snowden, and Lisa Barrick shall receive nothing from
Decedent's Estate.
9. A deed shall be executed by Sherry L. Koppenahaver, Administratrix, transferring the
Property from Decedent to Sherry L. Koppenhaver solely.
10. The title to the 1997 Chevy pick-up truck shall also be transferred to Sherry L.
Koppenhaver.
11. Release. Deron Koppenhaver, Stacie Snowden, and Lisa Barrick hereby represent and
acknowledge that they have in fact been given full and complete information regarding
Decedent's Estate and hereby release Sherry L. Koppenhaver, as Administratrix and sole
beneficiary, as well as Sherry L. Koppenhaver's heirs, administrators, executors,
successors, and/or assigns in regard to any claims, actions, liens, suits, payments,
accounts, and demands whatsoever against Decedent's Estate.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, the undersigned,have hereunto subscribed our names in
agreement with the provisions of the above Agreed Schedule of Distribution, on the respective
dates indicated alongside our signatures below, with the intent that this Agreement shall become
effective upon the signature of all four signatories indicated below, on the date of the last
signatory's signature.
