AND NOW this 25th day of March, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters and the sworn statement of the Petitioner, Tammy Jean Dorsey, IT IS
HEREBY DECREED that the document dated February 19, 2014, is admitted to probate
as the Last Will and Testament of Clair E. Gochenauer a.k.a Clair Eugene Gochenauer.
The Register of Wills acknowledges the scrivener's error in Article III (A.) with the
misspelling of the last name of executor as Dorset instead of Dorsey as in Article IV(1)
of the same document.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that that Letters Testamentary shall be granted
to Tammy Jean Dorsey on this date. She shall have all the rights and duties of a
fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration
of this estate according to law.
