Our firm represents the Estate of Kathryn E. Mixell. An inheritance tax prepayrnent w6 duF
made on September 28, 2013. Since the due date was on a Saturday,the inheritarrCe tax preps-gment vG''As
made on Monday,September 30, 2013. We recently received the notice of inheritance tax appraisement
from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue which indicates that additional inheritance tax is owed. It
appears that we were not given credit for the prepayment which was made on September 30, 2013.
At your earliest opportunity,could you please notify the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue that the
prepayment was timely made,and therefore there is no additional tax due.
