Matthew Robbins and David Robbins (collectively, the "Parties"), it is hereby'ORDERE�thaf���..�'�
the Petition, including all terms agreed therein by the Parties, is GRANTED.
It is further specifically hereby ORDERED, as follows:
l. The Court approves and orders termination of the MR Trust upon the terms and
conditions set forth in this Petition, which are incorporated by reference.
2. 'The Court orders distribution of all principal and income in the MR Trust to
Matthew Robbins within 14 days of the date of the Court's Order, subject to
Matthew's obligations regarding tax, as set forth in the Petition.
3. This Court orders that the MR Trustees, upon the distribution set forth above, be
absolutely and fully discharged as trustees of the MR Trust with the same force
and effect as if a formal audit and adjudication of the MR Trust had been
conducted by this Court.
Notice as to the issuance of this Order shall be given to Matthew and David by Attorney French.
