ORDER
Appellant, Robert M. Mumma, II, has filed a motion for reconsideration
of this Court's February 25, 2015 order dismissing this appeal for appellant's
failure to file a brief. Although appellant timely filed a proof of service of his
advanced text brief on November 10, 2014, he failed to file his definitive
brief, which was due January 14, 2015, with the Prothonotary of this Court.
Accordingly, appellant's motion is hereby DENIED.
