I, Emily A. Durborow, of the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind,memory and understanding, do hereby publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and
all Wills and Codicils heretofore written by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise
as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate.
ITEM IL I give, devise and bequeath all my jewelry and my doll collection in equal shares to
my two (2) daughters, Christine Cur and Patricia Stachowski.
ITEM IIL I give, devise and bequeath all my U.S. Sa�ings bonds to my sons, Mark Dynarski
or Lawrence Dynarski, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS for my son, Rene Dynarski. The Trustees shall
se the bonds and/or the income therefrom for the care and maintenance of Rene Dynarski in any way
hey feel necessary.
ITEM IV. I order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to convert my entire estate into
cash at either public or private sale, whenever in their discretion it may be most expedient for the proper
dministration of my estate. In the event of such conversion, I authorize my said Executors to execute a
good and sufficient Warranty Deed to the purchaser of any real estate of which I may die seized, in the
same manner and capacity as I could if living.
ITEM V. I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes be paid on the proceeds of the above
onversion, and on all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate from the residue of my estate prior to
rther distribution.
ITEM VL I understand that my life insurance, annuities, IRAs, IN TRUST for bank accounts
d any other assets on which I may designate a beneficiary will pass to the beneficiaries that I have
amed and will not be controlled by the provisions of this Will.
ITEM VII. I also understand that any assets I own jointly with another with rights of
survivorship or a presumed rights of survivorship (whether the joint ownership was created before or after
this Will)will pass to the surviving joint owner and will not be controlled by the provisions of this Will.
ITEM VIIL I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
including the proceeds of the above-mentioned conversion, in equal shares to my five (5) children:
Christine Cur, Patricia Stachowski, Lawrence Dynarski, and Mark Dynarski,per stirpes; and Rene
Dynarski, per capita. Rene's share should be given to Lawrence Dynarski and Mark Dynarski to be
held IN TRUST for his care and maintenance. The Trustees shall not be required to post bond for their
duties as Trustees.
If Rene Dynarski shall die before all the funds are utilized,the remaining funds
shall be divided among his brothers and sisters living at the time of his death.
ITEM VII. I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Christine Cur, and my son,
Lawrence Dynarski,as Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct that my Executors
shall not be required to post bond other than their personal assurance for their duties as Executors.
