AND NOW, this 30th day of March, 2015, upon consideration of the Motion for
Partial Summary Judgment, and the Court noting this motion is not yet ripe for
disposition as the 30 days allowed under the Pa. Rules of Civil Procedure for the non-
petitioner to file an answer having not yet elapsed, and pursuant to an agreement between
the parties to hold argument on the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment prior to the
hearing scheduled on objections, it is hereby ordered that argument shall be heard at 9:30
a.m., on Monday, June 8, 2015, in Courtroom No. 5, Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
