AND NOW, this day of April, 2015, upon review of the Petition
for Transfer of Foreign Guardianship Order pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. § 5922(c), a hearing
shall be held regarding the request for a provisional order on the 1 st day of May, 2015
at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom Number 1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
Notice of these proceedings shall be provided to Katherine Elizabeth Zullo, via
certified mail, return receipt requested, being sent to her attending physician or the
director of her facility, and notice shall be provided to the facility via certified mail, return
receipt requested, being sent to the director of the facility.
