LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, N. MILDRED WETZEL, of 49 Cumberland Avenue; Borough of
Shippensburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made,
FIRST, I order and direct the payment of all my legally enforceable debts
and funeral expenses as soon as may be co-tivenieni. after my decease.

SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to nay beloved husband, Kenneth G.
Wetzel.
THIRD. In the event my husband, Kenneth G. Wetzel, should predecease
me or is not living on the thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I then give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, in equal shares to my two sons, Kenneth Gary Wetzel and
Douglas E. Wetzel. ' --
FOURTH.

Carol M. Wetzel should predecease me or is not living on the thirtieth ( 30t' ) day
following my death, I then give, devise and bequeath Douglas E. Wetzel''s share of

SIXTH. I direct that all. taxes that may be assessed in consbquence of my
death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
SEVENTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my sins, Kenneth Gary
Wetzel and. Douglas E. Wetzel, or the survivor thereof, to be the executors of this
my Last Will and Testament-.
EIGHTH. I direct that my personal representatives shall not be required
to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

HEIGHTS, PREVIOUSLY OWNED BY ME, N. MILDRED WETZEL,AND PURCHASED BY MY
GRANDDAUGHTER,STACEY WETZEL BAYLEY.
IF UPON THE SALE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROPERTY, MY GRANDDAUGHTER INCURRS A LOSS
(TAKING THE PURCHASE PRICE AND SETTLEMENT EXPENSES PLUS THE COST OF RENOVATIONS WITH
