DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 2nd day of April, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Ramah L. Fulton, for the above decedent and the instrument
offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated September 7, 1966,
and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications
and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted to probate as The Last Will
and Testament of Richard James Wagner as originally typewritten. The alteration of the
name of Faith Wilberscheid to Kline is not admitted to probate as it is not initialed by the
testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Ramah
L. Fulton. She shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
