WILL
I, RICHARD J. WAGNER, of Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
declare this to be my Last Will and hereby revoke any Will or
Codicil previously made by me.
I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, including the inscription on my Marker, as well as the
costs of administration and settlement of my Estate, shall be
paid by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon after my decease
as the same may be conveniently done.
'I give, devise and bequeath my entire Estate, both real and
personal, wherever situate, unto my wife, Ruth M. Wagner,
absolutely.
In the event that my wife, . Ruth M. Wagner does not survive
me, I give, devise and bequeath my entire Estate, both real and
personal, wherever situate, unto Ramah Fulton and Faith
Wilberscheid, or their issue, in equal shares.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Ruth M.
Wagner, to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will. In the event
that my wife, Ruth M. Wagner, fails to qualify or ceases to act
as Executrix for any reason, it is my desire that Ramah Fulton

and Faith be appointed to serve in her place and
stead.
No bond or surety shall be required of my Executrix in any
jurisdiction.
