My wife, Mary E.VJyar�t, and my chil�ren, u�na?d R.V�Iy�nt; Mich�el L.Wyant,Terry L.Wyant, Mark A.Wyant, and Teresa A. Robinson, are living at the date of the execution of this, my Last Will and Testament. ITEM ONE: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death. ITEM TWO: I devise and bequeath all of the remainder of my estate and property, of whatever nature, and wheresoever situate, to my children,who so survive my death by thirty (30) calendar days. If any of my children fail to survive my death by thirty (30) calendar days,their gift shall lapse. ITEM THREE: I authorize my Executor and/or Executrix,to exercise the following powers in addition to those given by law,to be exercised in their sole discretion: (a) To retain any or all of the assets of my estate without regard to any principal of diversification, risk, or productivity. 1 M,�i�(pP�...�.il�ir�.. , (b) To compromise any claim or controversy. (c) To borrow money from any Executor, or Executrix, and to mortgage or pledge any real or personal property. (e) To allocate receipts and expenses to principaE or income or partly to each as my Trustees from time to time think proper in their sole discretion. (� To repair,alter, or improve any real or personal property. (g) To add to principal of any trust created by this Will any real or personal property received from any person, deed,will, or in any other manner. (h) To make distribution in kind. ITEM FOUR: All estate, inheritance, succession, and other death taxes, imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and penalties thereon,with respect to all property comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes,whether or not such property passes under this Will, shall be paid out of the principal of my general estate, as if such taxes were administration expenses,without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
