RECEIPT,RELEASE,AND REFUNDING BOND
WHEREAS, the decedent, Chloe Zullinger, died on the day of September 15, 2011, in
Franklin County,Pennsylvania. The decedent died testate(with a Will).
WHEREAS, the grant of letters testamentary to the personal representatives (Executors),
Nancy Swope and Sandra Anderson, were issued in the Cumberland County Register of
Wills Office on October 10, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Sandra
Anderson, of 425 Backrun Road, McConnellsburg, PA 17233, does hereby acknowledge
having received$86,457.84 from the Estate of Chloe Zullinger, in consideration of the
distribution to me in hand paid and intending to be legally bound hereby, I do hereby, for
myself and my successors and assigns, remise, release, quitclaim, and forever discharge the
said Executors, and the Estate of Chloe Zullinger of and from all rights, suits, claims,
accountings, actions, and demands, whatsoever, now or hereafter to it accrued or accruing
by virtue of this partial distribution.
In further consideration thereof, I, Sandra Anderson, of 425 Backrun Road,
McConnellsburg, PA 17233, do hereby covenant and agree that upon demand by the
aforesaid Administrators, I will pay and refund unto them any portion thereof as the
Executors may require in the event that any additional charges, expenses, taxes, or any
other lawful claims or demands shall hereafter be made against the Estate to the extent of

said distribution; and to indemnify and save harmless Executors and their successors and
assigns, and R.J. Marzella&Associates, of and from any and all liabilities, claims, actions,
losses, damages, costs and expenses, not presently known to them, for which they may be
liable or answer for in respect to the aforesaid contingencies. The provisions of this
Release are applicable to all such loss or liability, including any resulting from the
negligence or mistake of law or fact by the Executor or R.J. Marzella&Associates.
I, Sandra Anderson, do further agree that all of the provisions of this instrument
shall be binding upon its successors and assigns.
I agree to submit to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a condition of my
receipt the advancement referenced herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound, Sandra Anderson, of
425 Backrun Road, Conn llsburg, PA 17233, has caused this Release to be signed
