PETITION FOR CITATION
1. Petitioner herein is Belinda Edsall, who resides at 680 Colleen Drive, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County Pennsylvania, 17109, is the daughter of the decedent.
2. Decedent died intestate on February 26, 2015 leaving issue of a daughter,
Petitioner, and three sons.
3. Petitioner, being willing to administer her mother's estate and after discussion
with the decedenYs sons, requested all to execute a renunciation in her favor,
which was done by lwo of decedenYs sons.
4. David Irvin, who presently resides at SCI Pine Grove, 191 Fyrock Road, Indiana,
Pennsylvania 15701, has refused to sign the renunciation without compensation.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court issue a
citation upon David Irvin requiring him to show cause why she should not be issued
Letters of Administration.
