Whereas, Pennsylvania-Delaware District Council Assemblies of God, of 4651
Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055 is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with Palmer Construction Co" Inc., of 188 Success Drive, Suite
100, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania 17233 for additions and alterations to the Owner's
existing Dining Hall situate on a tract of land defined as follows:
ALL that certain tract of land ftltuate 1n North Middleton Town-
nhip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. bounded and deacribed as follows:

EXCEPTING .from the nbove described tract, however, a tract of

Now, April 5, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making
of the said contract with Palmer Construction Co., Inc. and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Palmer Construction Co., Inc. paid by THE OWNER. it is agreed that no lien shall be
ided aga;nst the buiiding by the contractor, or any Su[)-contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
ourchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
