BLANCHARD, of the Township of Lower Allen, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do make, publish, and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills and Trust heretofore made at any time, and in particular, a certain revocable trust created and established under the laws of the State of California known as "The Blanchard Family Trust" executed on the 12th day of April, 1994. FIRST: I direct the Executor hereof to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and costs of administration as soon as conveniently may be done after my death. I further direct the Executor hereof to pay all inheritance, estate, transfer and succession taxes which may be levied or assessed upon any property which is included as part of my gross estate for the purpose of any such tax.
