AND NOW, this day of , 2015, in consideration of the
annexed Petition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS:
The Court hereby ratifies and confirms the distribution of the remaining assets of
Carlisle Preservation Alliance, Inc. in the amount of$10,319.28 equally to the Carlisle
Theatre and the Cumberland County Historical Society, which sum constitutes the
remaining assets of the Carlisle Preservation Alliance, Inc., upon dissolution. The funds
are to be used by the Carlisle Theatre and the Cumberland County Historical Society for
one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any federal tax law.
