I, the undersigned witness who signed the foregoing Last Will and Testament of
Brenda K. English dated March 13, 2015, being duly qualified according to law, deposes
and says that I was present and saw Brenda K. English, the Testatrix, sign and execute
the instrument as her Last Will and Testament; that she signed and executed it willingly as
her free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed; that I, in her sight and
hearing signed the Will as witness; that Testatrix is known to me; and that to the best of
my knowledge and observation the Testatrix was at the time of sound mind and under no
constraint or undue influence.
