IN RE: PETITION SEEKING ADSUDICATION OF INCAPACITY
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9th day of April, 2015 the petition
seeking an adjudication of incapacity is held in abeyance . The
identified Power of Attorney, Susan Staub, is directed within
5 days to provide access authorization to the woods at Cedar Run
for Jo Ann Seker ' s sons, Mark Seker, Christopher Seker, and
Gregory Seker, to their mother' s care, health, and wellbeing
information through that facility. If not done within 5 days the
Court wi11 authorize that information release upon any party' s
request . The Woods at Cedar Run is directed to, as soon as
practical, open a Vigorous Mind communication account for Jo Ann
Seker.
No further relief is granted at this time .
