�AND NOJO', this 13th day of April, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters. two holographic documents, one on white paper dated December 3,
2003 and one on yellow paper executed on May 28, 2013, along with renunciations of
Wendy L. Speck and Ron C. Brownawell, the Register of Wills having given consideration
thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the
following decision�.
IT IS DECREED that the document signed on May 28, 2013, is admitted to
probate as the Last Will and Testament of Marian G. Cone. Atthough the 2013 document
indicates that is was "copied over" from the 2003 document, the 2013 document appears
to dispose of Decedenfs entire estate, was executed with the formality of one witness and
a notary public and is later in date than the less formal 2003 document. Therefore in
accordance with the four corners doctrine, it is acceptabie as a complete will standing on
its own merit with no need of ihe 2003 document.
IT IS FUR7HER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Scott E.
Brownawell who shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
