and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that any and all just debts and tuneral expenses, of
any kind whatsoever, which may be payable by reason of my death, shall be paid
out of the principal of my estate as the same can conveniently be done.
SECOND: I specifically give and bequeath my John Deere zero turn
mower, Toro snow blower and other lawn and garden tools located in my shed
unto my son, WILLIAM L. BROWN, of Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania.
THIRD: I hereby grant an option to purchase my real property
located at 401 West Main Street, Shiremanstown, (Borough of Shiremanstown),
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, unto WILLIAM L. BROWN, for an amount
of eighty thousand dollars ($80,000.00), said option ta p�urchase my real property
to be exercised within sixty (60) days after my death.

remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, including any

(c) Twenty percent (2Q%) thereof unta my daughter, BRENDA A.
TROUTMAN, of Folsom, Pennsylvania, provided that should BRENDA A.
TROUTMAN predecease me, I give and bec�ueath her share unto my surviving
children named herein, share and share alike; and

that should WILLIAM L. BROWN predecease me, I give and bequeath his share unto
his issue, share and share alike; and

of Grovetown, Georgia, provided that should DONNA G. ROSSI predecease me, I
give and bequeath her share unto her issue, share and sh�re alike.
FIFTH: I acknowledge that I am the mother of ROY A. BROWN, of
Albany, Georgia and further state that ROY A, BROWN is not a named beneficiary of
this, my Last Will and Testament, as appropriate distributions and gifts have been made
to him during my lifetime.
SIXTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by law and by other
proiisi�ns of this �h�ill, � bi��e +hP f_�,,:;a�';�� ��'�an� "P.rP„n.�er the f�llowing powers,
applicable to all property, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To se11 at public or private sale, or to lease, for any period of time, any
real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such
prices and upon such terms (including credit, w�ith or without security) or conditions as
are deemed proper. This includes the power to give legally sufficient instruments for
transfer of the property and to receive the proceeds of any disposition.

(F) To exercise any eleciion or privilege given b� the Federal and other
tax laws, including, but not necess�.rily being limited ta, personal income, gift and estate
or inheritance tax laws.

kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow maney frorrl themsel-ves or others in order to pay debts,
taxes, or estate or trust administratian expenses, to pl•ote�,t or improve any property held
