DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 13th day of April, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Tonya K. Curnell, for the above decedent and the instrument
offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated March 13, 2015, and
containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration
thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the
following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted to probate as The Last Will
and Testament of Brenda K. English including the handwritten addition appearing on the
first page, under ITEM THREE, "Tonya K. Curnell 80%" and "William D. English 20%, in
Trust per ITEM FOUR"
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Tonya K.
Curnell. She shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
