To the Clerk of the Orphan's Court Division:
Index and make proper entry in your official records of the claim of Brian L. Sunday and
Jean E. Sunday, in the amount of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00), against the Estate of the
above named decedent. This claim is filed under Section 3532(b)(2) PEF Code, 20 Pa.C.S. §
3532(b)(2).
The basis for the claim is a Mortgage secured by the property known and numbered as,
5550 Smith Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, signed by the Decedent on September 8, 2013,
for which the Decedent is liable.
The said decedent, whose last known residence was at 5550 Smith Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania died on July 6, 2014.
Written notice of this claim was given to Robert Frey, Esquire, Attorney for the Estate of
Alice K. Smith on April 14, 2015.
