AND NOW comes Petitioner, Matthew W. Linn as President of Brosh Chapel�c. andQ
representing the interests of Brosh Chapel Inc, by and through his counsel, Mateya Law Firm,
P.C., Mark A. Mateya, Esq.,requesting that this Court order the Estate of Colonel Steven Lee
Rohlena to make the payment for services rendered to Colonel Rohlena's Estate for funeral
arrangements and services, and avers the following:
1. Colonel Steven Lee Rohlena died testate on July 30, 2014 where he resided at 15 Sussex
Drive, Carlisle, Pa.
2. Colonel Rohlena was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where his parents Marv and
Bonnie Rohlena still reside; other extended family members live in the general area as
well.
3. An estate was opened for Colonel Rohlena on August 19, 2014. Cumberland County
NO. 21-14-0770: Colonel Rohlena's wife, Rita Spreu, is the executrix of the estate.
4. Ms. Spreu, as Colonel Rohlena's surviving spouse, was the person authorized to direct
disposition (PADD) of Colonel Rohlena's remains under the appropriate military
regulations.
5. Ms. Spreu directed that Colonel Rohlena's remains be transported to Iowa for a funeral
service.

6. Brosh Chapel Incorporated is located at 2121 Bowling Street SW, Cedar Rapids, IA
52404.
7. Matthew W. Linn(hereinafter Linn) is the owner and President of Brosh Chapel, Inc.
(hereinafter Brosh Chapel).
8. Linn and Colonel Rohlena's parents spoke with Ms. Spreu concerning the Funeral
Arrangements at Brosh Chapel.
9. A funeral service was held on August 18, 2014 for Colonel Rohlena at Brosh Chapel in
Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Ms. Spreu, the Rohlenas and several hundred mourning guests were
present at this funeral.
10. Some time after the funeral, a bill in the amount of$8,450.60. was presented to the estate
of Colonel Rohlena by Brosh Chapel.
11. The estate of Colonel Rohlena, by and through its counsel Lisa Marie Coyne of 3901
Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011, refused payment of the funeral bill.
12. Informal discussions between counsel for Brosh Chapel and the Estate of Colonel
Rohlena did not end in an agreement, and this litigation enused.
13. No Judge has previously ruled on this or any other matter in this case.

14. Petitioner has paid attorney fees in the amount of$2,500 to investigate this matter, file
this petition, and bring this matter to the court's attention.
WHEREFORE, the petitioner requests that this Court enter an order, ordering the Estate
of Steven Lee Rohlena to pay to Brosh Chapel the amount of$8,450.60 plus statutory interest
from the date of August 18, 2014 and pay to Brosh Chapel the ainount of$2,500.00 for attorneys
fees.
