Honorable Judges of the Common PLeas Court, Orphans' Court

county of Cumberland to show cause why the relief requested

PETITION FOR ACCOUNTING
NOW COMES Robert M. Mumma,lI ( "RMMII") and hereby petitions this
Honorable Court Order an immediate final accounting for the Estate herein. In support
of this petition, RMMII avers the following
1. On April 12, 1986 Mr. Robert M. Mumma died.
2. In January 1989, RMMII requested a first and partial accounting plus an
annual accounting.
3. In August of 1991, the executrixes filed an interim accounting. In October
1991 RMMII filed his objections. Since that time there have been no further
accountings filed or presented.
4. An accounting was prepared but not filed through March 1994. RMMII
has been unsuccessful in getting information from the Estate or their attorneys.
5. RMMII believes that the Estate assets have been improperly diverted for
the benefit of the Executrixes.
WHEREFORE, Robert M. Mumma,lI respectfully requests th'irt.thiS HonOHl.ble
Court to schedule a hearing at the earliest opportunity on this matter to obtain an
accounting.
