To the Honorable Court:
Argument was held on my Petition, filed to the above Estate on August 11, 1999.
I did inquire, by letter dated Octoberl3, 1999, a copy of which is enclosed herewith, as to
whether or not there is anything necessary in order to have a ruling on this case. It has
been close to a year since I had filed my Petition for an Accounting.
It is my belief that assets of the Estate of my father are being misappropriated and
I believe that time is of the essence. If this matter were not ripe for a ruling, I would
appreciate a status conference with myself and counsel so that I may discuss moving this
matter forward.
