I, Luella E. Braund, of 30 George Circle, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
any and all prior Wills and all Codicils made by me at any time heretofore.
ITEM 1. 1 direct that all my legally valid debts, funeral and administration
expenses, and inheritance and estate taxes incurred on account of my death shall be paid
by my personal representative out of my residuary estate as soon after my death as
practicable.
ITEM 2. 1 hereby direct my personal representatives, Debra K. Kaleita and
Georgianna Braund to make a distribution to Larry J. Braund and Garry A. Braund, in
such amounts or of such property in kind, as they deem appropriate, in their sole judgment
and discretion.
ITEM 3. 1 give, devise and bequeath my estate including the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate,whether real, personal or mixed, and of every nature and wherever
situated, together with all insurance policies in equal shares,to my daughters, Georgianna
Braund, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and Debra K. Kaleita, of Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, per stirpes and not per capita. Should a named beneficiary without surviving
issue not be living on the thirtieth (30th) day after my death, then I direct that such
beneficiary's share be distributed to the surviving daughter.

ITEM 4. No interest of any beneficiary under this Will, or any Codicil hereto,
shall be subject to anticipation or voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM 5. My Executrix acting hereunder shall have the authorization to exercise
the following powers, in addition to those given by law and by other provisions of this Will,
in his or her sole discretion, applicable to all property, real, personal and mixed and
wheresoever situated, including property held for minors, whether principal or income,
exercisable without court approval and effective with respect to each item of said property,
until actual distribution:
a. To retain as investments of my estate, any or all assets of my estate, real,
personal or mixed, without regard to any principle of diversification, risk or
productivity, and to hold any or all of such real and personal property
retained or acquired without making the same productive of income;
b. To pay all taxes, charges and expenses or maintenance, upkeep,
improvement, development, protection, preservation and investment of any
retained or acquired real or personal property, such payments to be made
from either principal or income as my said Executrix shall determine;
C. To retain or invest any and all funds, whether principal or income, in any real
or personal property, without restrictions to legal investments;
d. To purchase investments at premiums; and to lease, mortgage, pledge, give
options upon or sell at public or private sale, and without approval of any
court and without responsibility to the buyer or buyers to see to the
application of the purchase price, any real or personal property, or portion or
portions thereof, irrespective of the manner or the means by which the same
was acquired by my said Executrix;

e. To make any payment or distribution herein provided for in cash or in kind,
or partly in cash and partly in kind, at valuations fixed by my Executrix at the
time of distribution;
f. In the event any beneficiary hereunder has not attained the age of majority,
to establish such accounts under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act, or such
other protective account as may be deemed necessary in his or her sole
discretion.
ITEM 6. No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter
security in any jurisdiction.
ITEM 7. 1 hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughters, Debra K.
Kaleita and Georgianna Braund, as Co-Executrixes of this, my Last Will and Testament.
In the event one predeceases me or is unable or unwilling to act then the other shall act
above. In the event both predecease me or neither Debra K. Kaleita nor Georgianna
Braund is able or willing to act as my Executrix, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
nephew, George A. Crumlich as Successor Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

initialed at the bottom of each page for security purposes, was on the date thereof signed,
published and declared by Luella E. Braund, the Testatrix herein named, as and for her

presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses whereof.
