Enclosed please find an original and three copies of a Pa. O.C. Rule 6.12 Status Report as well as
an original and four copies of an Inheritance Tax Return relative to the above-captioned matter.
As well, I have enclosed a check in the amount of$41,656.42 which represents the inheritance
tax due. I would be extremely appreciative if you could please file these documents on behalf of
my client and mail the time-stamped copies back to me in the enclosed envelope.
