Rule to Show Cause Why Funeral Expenses for Decedent, Colonel Steven Lee
Rohlena, Should not be Paid to Brosh Chapel by the Estate of Steven Lee Rohlena, a
RULE is issued upon Respondent to show cause as to why the requested relief should
not be granted. PETITIONER shall serve a copy of this Order upon Respondent and
provide proof of service. RESPONDENT shall include a proposed order with its
response. The Register of Wills is DIRECTED to deliver the file upon the receipt of any
