AND NOW, this
day of
2005, after reviewing the
Petition to Stay Audit Pending Completion of Discovery, as well as the cited case law
and Restatement Sections, this Court Orders the audit proceedings stayed until Petitioner,
Robert M. Mumma II, beneficiary of the Estate of Robert M. Mumma, has had the
opportunity to review the files of all firms retained and paid for by the Estate and/or the
Trusts regarding the administration of the Estate and further Orders that such files be
made available to Robert M. Mumma II within the next thirty (30) days; failure to do so
within the prescribed time period will result in sanctions of One Thousand ($1000)
Dollars per day payable to Petitioner by the Executrixes/Trustees individually and not
payable from funds of the Estate.
