AND NOW, this 22nd day of April, 2015, after hearing testimony on the Petition,
filed by Scott J. Shelley, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the photocopy of the document,
dated November 28, 2000, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of
Verda E. Bordner and upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters that Letters
Testamentary shall be granted to Scott J. Shelley.
Scott J. Shelley shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to
law.
