BE IT REMEMBERED , that we , John E . Lamey and
Dorothy Lamey, husband and wife , of the City of Shamokin.,
County of Northumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make , x:
publish and declare this as and for our Last Will and Testament ,
revoking any Will heretofore made by us .
ITEM ONE : We do hereby nominate , constitute and appoint
the survivor of us as executor or executrix of the other 's estate .
In the event the survivor of us should fail , refuse or be unable
to act as executor or executrix of this our Last Will and Testament
and, in the event of the death of the survivor of us , we nominate ,
constitute and appoint Lorraine C. Berran of Woodbridge , Virginia
and Carol A. Kramer of Harrisburg , Pennsylvania to be co-executrixes
of this our Last Will and Testament . In the event Lorraine C .
Berran should fail , refuse or be unable to act as co-executrix
of this our Last Will and Testament then we nominate , constitute
and appoint Robert A. A. Leffler to act as co-executor in her stead.
In the event Carol A. Kramer should fail , refuse or be unable
to act as co-executrix of this our Last Will and Testament ,
then we nominate , constitute and appoint James J . Ritz of Coal
Township , Pennsylvania to act as co-executor in her stead.
ITEM TWO: We direct that no executor or executrix
appointed under this our Last Will and Testament shall be
required to give bond.
ITEM THREE : We direct that our executor or executrix
shall have full power to sell and dispose of any property, real
or personal , at public or private sale, upon such terms and
conditions as he , she or they shall deem best , without an order
of court.
ITEM FOUR.: We give, devise and bequeath unto the
survivor by more than thirty (30) days , of us , his or her heirs
and assigns forever, all our property, real , personal and mixed,
of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be
at the times of our deaths , including any property over which we
may have a power of appointment .

In the event that the survivor of us does not survive
the other by thirty (30) days and, in the event of the death
of the survivor of us , we give, devise and bequeath all our
property, as above stated, to our four (4) children or step-
children, as the case may be , namely Robert A. A. Leffler of
Coal Township , Pennsylvania, Lorraine C. Berran of Woodbridge,
Virginia, Carol A. Kramer of Harrisburg , Pennsylvania and
James J. Ritz of Coal Township , Pennsylvania.
If, however , any of our children or step-children
should predecease the survivor of us , then we revoke any gift ,
devise and bequest to him or her and give , devise and bequeath
the same instead to the then living children of said deceased
child or step-child of ours , said then living children to take
their parent ' s share per stirpes and not per capita.
If , however , any of our children or step-children
should predecease the survivor of us leaving no children to
survive him or her , then we revoke any gift , devise or bequest
to him or her and give, devise and bequeath the same instead to
those of our children or step-children who did survive and to
the then living children. of any deceased child or step-child of
ours , said then living children to take their parent ' s share

ITEM FIVE: Notwithstanding any of the foregoing,
imrmediately upon the death of Dorothy Lamey, her diamond ring
is to be given to her daughter , Carol A. Kramer.
ITEM SIX: This joint Will is meant to be a contract
between the parties and neither party can amend or change
this Last Will and Testament after the death of the other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We , the said JOHN E. LAMEY and
DOROTHY LAMEY, have to this our Last Will and Testament set
our hands and seals , to wit our hands to the bottom of each.
