KNOW ALL MEN AND WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Decedent, PATRICIA A. LEIGHTON, died, on February 7,
2015.
WHEREAS, at the time of her death, PATRICIA A. LEIGHTON was married to JAMES
J. LEIGHTON
WHEREAS, SISTER M. CATHERINE LEIGHTON A.K.A. MARY C. CATHERINE is
the Decedent's daughter;
WHEREAS, SISTER M. CATHERINE LEIGHTON, A.K.A. MARY C. LEIGHTON is
beneficiary of a Certificate of Deposit valued at Thirty-eight Thousand three Dollars and seventy-
four cents ($38,003.74) of said Estate AND
WHEREAS SISTER M. CATHERINE LEIGHTON, A.K.A. MARY C. CATHERINE,
having been advised of her entitlement to said Certificate of Deposit desires, nevertheless, to
waive and disclaim her said inheritance from the decedent, the late, PATRICIA A. LEIGHTON.
NOW THEREFORE, SISTER M. CATHERINE LEIGHTON, A.K.A. MARY C.
CATHERINE does hereby voluntarily and knowingly and forever waive, disclaim and renounce
any share or entitlement of the decedent's estate to which she may be due in this matter as well as
any intestate succession of this Estate whether the applicable probate property is located in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or elsewhere.

FURTHER, it is hereby agreed that this Disclaimer of Estate Interest may be filed with
the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Estate and Fiduciary Code, Section 6203 (20 Pa.
C.S.A. Section 6203, as amended).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have signed this document this ebN day of
April 2015, intending to be legally bound thereto.
