1 . The relief requested in the Petition is granted.
2 . The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Guardian of the
Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely, is authorized to expend the
principal of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely as follows :
(a) on a monthly basis, not to exceed an
aggregate of $60, 000 . 00 per year, as is necessary to pay Mrs .
Knisely' s ongoing monthly expenses relating to her health,
support, maintenance and welfare, including travel ,
entertainmeat and recreation expenses, with the understanding
that any uaused incort'�e as of December 31 each year shall be
returned to the principal account ;
(b) up to an additional $50 , 000 . 00 per year for
such charitable giving as Petitioner, in Petitioner' s
discret_on, and upo❑ discussion with and request by Mrs .
Rnisely, may so cetermine . Provided, however, that the
Petitioner may not make any charitable gifts without the request
an3 consent of Mrs . Knisely.
