SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF CLAIM
TO THE CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT:
I; John W. Maxwell, filed a Notice of Claim on September 19, 2011, in the above-
captioned matter. This claim pertained to litigation initiated in and pertaining to the
matter of the Edith S. Rife Trust, docketed as No. 11-0325 Orphans' Court. The said
litigation pertaining to the Rife Trust having been resolved, I hereby release the Estate of
Charles J. Rife and its Personal Representative with respect to the said claim, reserving,
nevertheless, any and all rights I may have concerning matters pertaining to the Estate of
Charles J. Rife, of which I am a residual beneficiary.
