I rcpresent Cumberlend County Aging&Community Scrvices and write to contirm our
discussion in your otiicc on April 2, 2015, regxcding the above-captioned mntter and your March
27, 20U Icttcr to Keith O. 6renneman, Esq, rcgerding same.
As you explaioed, you and your staff are revicwing the Orphans' Court records to
conlirm whether annual guardianship reports have been filed for various guacdianship matters.
In the above-captioned case, Aging & Communiry Se�vices served as guardian Sox Ms. Welch-
Kohl on a temporary, emergency bnsis until her son was appointed as Ms. Wcich-KohPs
permancnt, plcnary guardian. You adviscd that you are sccking the reports from only the
permanent guardian for the incapacitatcd person.
