AMENDED ORDER
The within petition having been presented, read and ordered filed, is hereby ordered and
decreed that Orrstown Bank is excused from acting as Trustee under the will of the late
Kathy D. Shatzer, and that Kimberly Trace, is hereby appointed Trustee for Preston
William Facino, 11, and shall consult with Robert Snyder, CPA from time to time as
needed. The Trustee shall act in a manner consistent with the Last Will and Testament of
Kathy D. Shatzer.

MOTION
COMES NOW, David W. Rahauser, for the Estate of Kathy D. Shatzer, who moves
Your Honorable Court as follows:
WHEREAS, Orrstown,Bank was originally appointed Trustee in the Estate of Kathy D.
Shatzer; and
WHEREAS, on February 19, 2015, Kimberly Trace was appointed Trustee in
association with Robert Snyder, CPA for the above-captioned estate (See Exhibit A); and
WHEREAS, said Order of Court dated February 19, 2015 has been questioned as to who
has the individual authority as Trustee; and
WHEREAS, Kimberly Trace has been desirous to act as the sole Trustee, consulting on
an as needed basis with Robert Snyder, CPA,
WHEREFORE, Kimberly Trace prays your Honorable Court to clarify the Order of
Court dated February 19, 2015, reflecting that Kimberly Trace is the Trustee for the
Estate of Kathy D. Shatzer, and that the Trustee shall consult with Robert Snyder, CPA
on an as needed bases with regarding to said Trust.
