PRAECIPE TO ATTACH
AND NOW, comes Megan M. McDonald, Esq., of Ashby Law Offices, LLC, 246 W.
Broad St., Suite 3, Quakertown, PA 18951 on behalf of Petitioners Ellen L. Molko and Dawn
McGuire, requesting the attachment of the following Verifications to the Response to Caveat
filed with the Register of Wills on or about April 22, 2015, in support thereof, avers as follows:
1. On March 8, 2015, William P. Molko, Jr., hereinafter, "Decedent,"died intestate.
2. On March 17, 2015, Caveator, Lynette Molko, Decedent's ex-wife, filed an
informal Caveat with the Register of Wills requesting that no Letters
Testamentary or Letters of Administration be granted in Decedent's Estate
without notice to Caveator.
3. On or about March 20, 2015,'Petitioners Ellen L. Molko and Dawn McGuire filed
a Petition for Grant of Letters of Administration for Decedent's Estate.
4. On March 20, 2015, The Register of Wills issued a Decree stating that Caveator
had 20 days in which to file a formal Caveat, and Petitioners had 20 days after
such filing to file a response.
5. On or about April 10, 2015 Caveator filed a formal Caveat with the Register of
Wills seeking to serve as Administratrix of the Estate.
6. On or about April 22, 2015, Petitioners filed a Response to Caveat and served the
same upon Caveator.
7. Petitioners inadvertently omitted to attach their Verifications to the Response to
Caveat filed with the Register.
WHEREFORE, Your Petitioners respectfully request the attachment of the
following original Verifications to the Response to Caveat filed with this Court by
Petitioners.

I, ELLEN L. MOLKO, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says
that the allegations in the attached Pleading are true and correct to the best of my
knowledge, information and belief. The undersigned understands that the statements
therein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. §4904 relating to unsworn
falsification to authorities.
