AND NOW comes David G. Williams, Executor of the Estate of Pauline Gilpin Williams
by and through his counsel, Mateya Law Firm, Mark A. Mateya,Esquire, and in support avers
the following:
1. Pauline Gilpin Williams (he�einaftei ieferred to as "decedenY')died testate on
November5, 2014.
2. The Last Will and Testament of decedent was duly probated on December 16, 2014,
naming David Gilpin Williams as Executoc of the estate.
3. Pauliue Gilpin Williams is survived by ihe following children:
a. DavidGilpinWilliams;
b. Stephen Greenleaf Willinms;
c. John Edwin Williams, III; and
d. Christopher Noell Greenleaf.
4. The Last Wil] and Testament of decedent bequeathed her residual estate to all four
children in equa] shares, per sti�pes.

Williams,Exec�toi of the Estate of Pauline Gilpin Williams disclaiming any iights
he may have to any money or property he may have as an heir to the Estate of Pauline
Gilpin Williams. See aaached document.
