BITTING, DECEASED I DOCKET NO. 21-2015-0334 DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS AND NOW, this 27th day of March, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed by Marcia A. Farnham, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated July 22, 1974, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the following decision: IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Lorraine A. Bitting. The handwritten addition appearing on page 1, "OR MARCIA A." shall not be admitted to probate as said change is not signed by the testator. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be issued to Marcia A. Furnham. She shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law. isa M. Grayson, Esq.
