I, MICHAEL G. SGRIGNOLI, of the Borough of Camp Hill %C_eu 0 Cur.beBand,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any milldicil
previously made by me.
ITEM 1: Upon my demise, I direct that my body be released to Musselmans Funeral
Home, 324 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania where I have prearranged and prepaid my funeral
and burial services. I direct that a funeral Mass of Christian Burial be celebrated with appropriate military
honors to which I may be entitled as a World War II combat veteran at Good Shepherd Catholic Church,
3435 Trindle Road, Camp Hill,Pennsylvania and my body be interred in plots my wife and I own in Holy
pTrinity Byzantine Catholic Church Cemetery on PA Route 271,East Conemaugh, Pennsylvania.

ITEM 2: 1 direct that all my funeral expenses be paid as soon as practical after my death.

� ITEM 3: 1 direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of

every nature and wherever situate, together with all insurance thereon,to my beloved wife, MARTHA B.
SGRIGNOLI,provided she survives my death by thirty(30)days.
ITEM 5: Should my wife, MARTHA B. SGRIGNOLI, predecease me or fail to survive
my death by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($5,000.00) to Good Shepherd Catholic School Endowment Fund, 3400 Market Street, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011.
ITEM 6: Should my wife, MARTHA B. SGRIGNOLI, predecease me or fail to survive
my death by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to
Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, 217 Fourth Street, Conemaugh, Pennsylvania 15909.
ITEM 7: Should my wife, MARTHA B. SGRIGNOLI, predecease me or fail to survive
my death by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00)
to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 225 Salt Road,Enola, Pennsylvania 17025.

sister-in-law, Phyllis L. Sgrignoli predecease or fail to survive my death by thirty (30)
days,I give, devise and bequeath this share to my nephew,EDWARD C. SGRIGNOLI of
York Haven,Pennsylvania; and

B. The remaining Seventy-Five Percent(75%) of my residual estate to be divided into equal
shares, among the following family members:

2. To my sister, MARY DALLMEYER of 543 Magaro Road, Enola, Pennsylvania
17025;
3. To my brother, JAMES F. SGRIGNOLI of 552 Magaro Road, Enola

4. To my sister, SADIE HOCKENBERRY of 4 Sgrignoli Lane, Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025;
5. To my brother, WILLIAM J. SGRIGNOLI of 18 Riverview Drive, Enola,
Pennsylvania 1.7025;
6. To my brother, ARTHUR C. SGRIGNOLI of 2230 Brim Lane, Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025;
7. To my brother, RODGER E. SGRIGNOLI, SR. of 11 Helen Street, Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025;
8. To my sister, JEANETTE BOISVERT of 2 Pleasant View Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17050;
` 9. To my wife's nephew, EDWARD R. BITSKO of 394 IS' Street, Irwin,

10. To my wife's nephew, MICHAEL BITSKO of 5637 S. Park Boulevard, Ohio

Should any of these named beneficiaries in Item 8 B. predecease me or fail to survive my death
by thirty (30) days, then 1 direct that deceased beneficiary's share be divided equally among the
remaining named beneficiaries identified in Item 8 B.
ITEM 9: My Executrix or her successors shall have the following powers in addition to
those given by law to be exercised by her in her absolute discretion, which powers shall be applicable to
all property held by her, effective without the order of any court and until the actual distribution of all
such property:
a. To retain any investments at discretion including stock of any corporate fiduciary
hereunder or of a holding company controlling it;
b. To invest and reinvest in the executrix's discretion as permitted under Act 28 of 1999, as
amended, the "Prudent Investor Act," with the specific right to invest in stocks, bonds and real estate,
including non-income producing residential real estate for the occupancy of any present income
beneficiary or beneficiaries, and in such diversified, proprietary money market and mutual funds,
including such mutual funds of any corporate fiduciary hereunder or those of any successor or affiliated
j corporation or a holding company controlling it, as my executrix deems appropriate;

C. To sell, to grant options for the sale of, or otherwise convert any real or personal property
or interest therein, at public or private sale, for such prices, at such time, in such manner and upon such

terms as they may think proper, and to execute and deliver good and sufficient conveyances, assignments
Uand transfers.thereof without liability of any purchaser to see to the application of the purchase money;
d. To borrow money and to secure the repayment thereof by mortgage of real or personal
property, pledge of investments or otherwise, without 'liability on the part of the lenders to see to the
application thereof,

e. To compromise claims by or against my estate or any trust created hereunder;
f. To allocate and distribute different kinds or disproportionate shares of property or
undivided interests in property among beneficiaries or trusts, in cash or in kind, or partly in each;
g. To register investments in the name of a nominee or to hold the same unregistered in such
form that they will pass by delivery;
h. To join in any recapitalization, merger, reorganization or voting trust plan affecting
investments; to deposit securities under agreement; to subscribe for stock and bond privileges; and
generally to exercise all rights of security holders;
i. To manage, operate,repair,alter or improve real estate or other property, and to lease real
estate and other property upon such terms and for such period as my executrix deems advisable even for
more than five(5)years and beyond the duration of any trust;
j. To deduct administration expenses upon either the federal estate tax return or fiduciary
income tax return with or without adjustment as between principal and income, as my corporate or
disinterested executrix shall determine;
k. To associate with them in the absence of a corporate fiduciary, an accountant, custodian
and investment advisor, and other agents and to compensate them from principal or income or both, as my
executrix shall determine, such compensation to be a reduction of the compensation of my executrix;

fiduciary which shall have the same powers as my executrix, such designation by my executrix and

in. To combine, without prior court approval, any trust herein with any other trust with

` substantially similar provisions, although such other trust may have been created by separate instruments
and by different persons, and, if necessary to protect different future interests, to value the assets at the
time of such combination and to record the proportionate interest of each separate trust in the combined

bequeath the gift in favor of that legatee or devisee to such persons and in such manner and in such
proportions as set forth in this will for distribution if the legatee or devisee predeceased me.
ITEM 11: Until distributed, no gift or beneficial interest shall be subject to anticipation or
voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM 12: I appoint my sister-in-law, PHYLLIS L. SGRIGNOLI, of 2130 Lambs Gap
Road, Enola, Pennsylvania, Executrix of this, my Last Will. In the event my sister-in-law, PHYLLIS L.
SGRIGNOLI,predeceases me, fails to qualify or ceases to act as Executrix, I appoint my brother,DAVID
W. SGRIGNOLI of 2130 Lambs Gap Road,Enola,Pennsylvania, alternate Executor of this my Last Will.
ITEM 13: I direct that my personal representative or her successor, shall not be required to
give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
